Would you not love a CRM with a unified inbox? Where you can view customer’s emails and/or text messages? Reply to the emails? So that your front desk or admin does not have to switch between tabs ? Inbox by Bookee will soon have email integration with gmail so that all your emails can be added to Bookee’s inbox and you can read, reply easily to customer queries.
